Lynea and Jim Gillen developed Yoga Calm from more than 30 years of yoga practice, classroom work and counseling with children – including those with ADHD, anxiety and severe behavioral disorders. This experience is backed by a wealth of research demonstrating the benefits of yoga, emotional/social skills games and counseling techniques as applied within the Yoga Calm program.
